Designer Booklet: Jan van Toorn

A recent assignment for my Graphic Design class was to create a booklet for a select designer, mine being Jan van Toorn. Requirements included using 1000 words of text (based on an earlier research paper) and trying to provide a look and feel based on that designer’s philosophy. To be honest, I wasn’t excited about it at first (finding info on this guy was crazy difficult), but as it progressed (comps and more comps), I found myself liking the project more and more. The following is the final that I’ll be turning in on Tuesday. The only thing I’m not showing are the cover insides (the back inside has the cited works). Peace.
