This project was done for Hip-Hop artist Alex Lee. Conceptually, she wanted to do something comic book like. Additionally, she indicated that she wanted to incorporate headphones like a hero would don a cape. To stay within the theme, I used an all-caps font, but also borrowed a Frank Miller Sin City approach by use of high contrast imagery mixed with red and black colors.
To add an extra POP to the project, it was printed with a glossy finish.
And as a extra throw in, I gave her a hand drawn flier to help promote her live show.
