Kirigami: Stage 1

As I mentioned, I’m working on a new kirigami piece, this time, for my brother Ryan. I’ve spent at least 4 hours on this… barf. It doesn’t look like much, but just figuring out how to get this right took forever. There’s still some cleaning up to do, and it’ll be just my luck that it won’t work the first time.

*update* it works, so now I’ll make some support modifications and add some extra flair (looks pretty boring – at least in my eyes)

My First Website

Back in 2002, I took a one day class and learned the basics of HTML. Shortly thereafter, I made a website using my newfound knowledge. Fast forward to today. I did a name search on myself (to see if Google listed this blog – a BIG FAT NO!) and found (via Yahoo) my old site! It still works (although I have no idea who is hosting the images). Anyway, I’ve come a loooooong way. This goes to show that talent only gets you so far… it’s really about the amount of work you dedicate to your craft. So, I humbly present… E R I C O N L I N E
